Due to the casting technology, the castings have pouring and feeding heads, these are removed by sawing and turning, and then the excess burr is cleaned up by grinding, filing, grinding and flex milling. Another cleaning process is blasting, which also provides surface uniformity, beautiful color and cleanliness of the internal cavities. Our products are processed after quality checks (X-ray, Quality Gate). With the design of our engineers with our CNC machining and lathes, we can machine complex castings in different ways. The machined cast parts are checked with a WENZEL 3D measuring machine.
